Nikou is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Nikou earned two Bachelor’s Degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education from the Grand Canyon University in 2015 , then received her Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in autism from Ball State University in 2017. Nikou has been working with children with autism and other developmental delays since 2009. She has experience working in a variety of settings such as home, school, community, and outpatient clinics, implementing and supervising behavioral interventions that include ABA therapy, parent and school/staff training. Nikou practices creating IEPs, FBA, and PBSP while also collaborating with school staff frequently. She is a spouse of an active duty soldier and has three boys 5 years, 3years and 3 months. She enjoys family vacations, taking her kids to the park, watching family movies and reading bedtime stories to her kids. She believes that family time is very important and knowing how to play with your kids can create a closer relationship.
