Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Clinical Director

Arielle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014, and went on to receive her Master’s in Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2016. Arielle has worked in the field of ABA with children with autism since 2015, with experience in clinic, home, and school-based services with a heavy focus on Naturalistic Environment Teaching (NET) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT). She has worked at Promise Center for Autism since February 2018. As Clinical Director, Arielle currently oversees and manages all ABA therapy services, supervises staff and clients, develops and reviews treatment plans, oversees assessments, provides professional development services to clinical team members, and provides community and parent trainings. Her main goal is to continue to grow and develop our services focusing on compassion and child-led approaches, trauma-informed care, acceptance and commitment training (ACT), and the integration of augmentative and alternative communication systems (AAC). She resides in San Antonio with her husband T.J., and their dog and cats. She loves spending time with friends and family, and loves to exercise, including weightlifting and hiking.
