Jose is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas San Antonio, and went on to receive his Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism from Ball State University in 2020. Jose has worked in the field of ABA with children with autism since 2016, with experience in clinic, home, and school-based services with a heavy focus on Naturalistic Environment Teaching (NET) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT). He has worked at Promise Center for Autism since October 2016. As a program supervisor, Jose currently oversees a caseload of clients ABA programs, supervises staff with clients on a daily basis, conducts initial assessments, creates and updates treatment plans, and provides collaborative coaching to both parents and school staff. Jose currently lives in San Antonio and enjoys running, cycling, and visiting his family Laredo.
