Chief Integrations Officer (CIO)

Vicky earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in Women’s Studies from Texas A&M University-San Antonio in 2016 when she began working as a Registered Behavior Therapist for PCA. She came from a preschool teaching background and always enjoyed working with children. She quickly became involved in the administration work and grew into her role as Director of Operations, and eventually Chief Integrations Officer over the next few years of her career. She learned how passionate she is in business administration while working with staff and PCA’s founder, Ana Ortega. As CIO, she oversees the operations of PCA, including client intake, collaborating with insurances, billing, scheduling, credentailing, and any other business related systems and communication duties. Vicky resides in San Antonio with her partner Robert, sons Eli and PJ, and their 3 cats. She enjoys being home with her family and her hobbies include reading, writing, planning, and yoga.
