Promise Center for Autism is located in San Antonio, TX. We currently offer evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and other developmental delays ages 18 months through 14 years old.
Our services are provided in a variety of settings such as center, home, school, and community, implementing behavioral interventions that include direct ABA therapy (with the inclusion of Natural Environment Training (NET), Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), Verbal Behavior (VB), etc.), parent and staff training, consultations, social skills group and community supports.
We are a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and trained paraprofessionals that develop, implement and monitor comprehensive interventions programs that include language, communication, social, motor, play, academic, self-help and maladaptive behavior goals.
Our behavior intervention plans and treatment reports are based on Functional Behavioral Assessments and/or Functional Analyses. Intervention plans are individualized and tailored to each child’s specific needs. Each child is unique and we believe that success and progress come from praise and motivation. Our programs focus on building every child's confidence and motivation through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback.
When creating our plans and providing therapy sessions, we promote the child's natural strengths while considering their weaknesses. We also emphasize the family's involvement and engagement on interventions. For that reason, we encourage family members and/or caregivers to become an active part in the child's treatment course. Promise Center for Autism strives to provide high quality services in a motivating, naturalistic environment.
